Together with Chef Donatella at the central market choose the right peaces, speak with the butcher, By the fresh ingredients and start together to prepare the meat: served in various styles with different cut (beef-veal-lamb-lever-etc...) Cooked in wine, roasted, grilled etc...The Italian style to served a fantastic main course!
